Professor Leonard Moss re-
cently applauded the De-
troit Federation of Teachers
for requesting a study unit
on the Holocaust in the De-

But he also chided the
DFT for not citing the fact
that nearly six million
others, besides six million
Jews, died in the concentra-
tion camps.

BONN — An SS man who
was sentenced in 1974 to
eight years in prison for
shooting two Jews has had
his case re-opened.
A West German court
ruled that it had not been
proven that the Jews died
from their wounds. The
main witness for the pro-
secution is too ill to leave his
home in Columbia, so the
two judges in the original
trial will testify.
