The culinary shows are
held each year in a different
country ... Hans Buesch-
kens, director of service at
Windsor Raceway. has gone
twice before as leader • of
Canadian teams ... in 1972
and 1976 at Frankfort. Ger-
many ... Last year, Switzer-
land was first, Hans' Cana-
dian team second- and the
United States third.
Some 12 countries are ex-
pected to be represented on
Jan. 23 ... with national chef
teams, regional chef teams,

kitchen teams.
This historic event will
attempt to show Jewish cui-
sine as a true art ... Not
only because of its dietary
laws, but because of its rich
variety of traditional dishes.
The Canadian chefs alone

double racks of lamb, 20
pounds of wild rice, plus a

and condiment items.
