400 degrees, heat the oil. Add
rice and fry until hot. Stir con-
stantly so it does not burn.
Brown vegetables. Add sea-
sonings and soy sauce. Mix
well. Make a well in center of
rice-vegetable- mixture and
add scrambled eggs into well.
After about a minute, mix egg
into rice-vegetable mixture.
Blend well. Serve immediate-
ly.
