started June 20 at Detroit
Country Day School, with
the tots taught how to pro-
duce a good meal (next one
begins July 11) ... The
youngsters, according to in-
structor Cathy Rudner, are
shown basics in cooking by
following simple recipes set
down by the 5-year-olds
Cathy taught during the
year ... The little folks are
also planting and growing
their own vegetables to be
turned into stews, soup and
salad ... The fun in learning
how to follow directions,
work together and eat,usual-
ly " makes the tots very
happy, says Cathy.

Noah's Sandwich Factory
on Michigan, between
Schaefer and Greenfield in
Dearborn ... It's a 30-seat
counter operation and
carry-out of Vienna-Wilno
products. Sandwiches

pumpernickel or rye at
