BUENOS AIRES (JTA) -
A 62-year-old newspaper pub-
lisher who had been kid-
naped June 25 was found
July 17 after police raided
the house in which he had
been held prisoner.
Dr. David Kraiselburd, a
Jew, was publisher of "El
Dia" of La Plata, president
of the "Noticias Argentinas"
news agency and vice presi-
dent of the Argentine News-
p a p e r Publishers Associa-
tion. In his newspaper, he
was a staunch defender of
Israel and Jewish causes. At
one time he was a member
of the La Plata Committee of
Friends of the Hebrew Uni-
versity. •
Police who entered the
house after the gun-fight in
the Gonnet district near La
Plata found Dr. Kraiselburd's
body in a tent within th l
house.
Dr. Kraiselburd was al-
ducted in broad daylight
