large Dutch oven. Add remain-
ing ingredients except matzo
balls and cover with boiling wa-
ter. Then add matzo balls. Sim-
mer an a low flame for about
one and one-half hours before
Shabat. Add water if necessary.
Make sure pot is tightly covered.
Place pot on asbestos pad on a
low fire until lunch or even din-
ner the next day. Serves Ft.
