Volunteers Sought
for Mothers March

"Medical authorities esti-
mate that improved mater-
nal and child care could have
saved 14,000 infants last
year," Edrie Goldstein, Troy
chairman of the Mothers
March against birth defects,
said in connection with the
annual January appeal.
To be held Jan. 31-Feb. 7,
the neighborhood campaign
will help support March of
Dimes programs in research,
prenatal medicine and edu-
cation.
Volunteers are n e e d e d,
especially in the Somerset
area; however, it is not
necessary to live in that
locale to help. For informa-
tion, call the March of
Dimes, 549-6778 or 681-2420.

Joel Stephan Mutnick were
married in a recent cere-
mony at the Raleigh House.
Rabbi M. Robert Syme and
Cantor Harold Orbach offi-
ciated.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Morris
Shultz of Pierce Ave., South-
field. Parents of the bride-
groom are Mr. and Mrs.
Paul Mutnick of Weyher
Ave., Livonia.
Diana Shultz was her sis-
ter's maid of honor. Brides-
maids were Marcia Mutnick,
sister of the bridegroom;
Judy Corey, Joanie Collen
and Sharon Orechkin.
Alan Mutnick was his
brother's best man. Ushers
were Dana and Corey Shultz,
brothers of the bride, Bernie
Finn, David Eidelman and
Alan Dorfman.
The couple is living in
Madison Heights, following
a honeymoon in Hawaii.

University with a bachelor's

versity's pharmacy school.
