Gov. Frank Licht of Rhode Is-
land will be commencement
speaker at the second gradua-
tion of the American College in
Jerusalem Sunday it was an-
nounced by Dean Leonard Gold-
stein at the New York office of
the college.

He has served on the Grand
Rapids Community Relations Com-
mission since its inception in 1955.
Drasin also is a member of the
Urban League board of directors
and the National Defense Execu-
tive Reserve. He is a graduate of
Western Michigan University.
