JERUSALEM—The increased en-
rollment of Soviet Jews at Israeli
universities is reflected in this
year's awards by the Yehuda Shu-
val Memorial Fund of the Bnai
Brith Hillel Foundation in Jeru-
salem.
The Shuval Memorial Fund was
established by the family and
friends of the late Rabbi Shuval
who served as director at Belt Hil-
lel in Jerusalem from 1956 until
his death in 1960.
