Kelman of France, has concluded
a visit to the Belgian and Dutch
Jewish communities to' plan for
a better coordination 'for social
services between the 18 European

whose headquarters is - in Paris,
told the JTA that Reiman' and
the executive council - intend to
pay visits- to other member coun-
