Plans Coordination

PARIS (JTA). — The- president
of the European Council for Jew-
ish Community Services, Claude
Kelman of France, has concluded
a visit to the Belgian and Dutch
Jewish communities to' plan for
a better coordination 'for social
services between the 18 European
somtnunities' members of f.:e
Council. -
-Circles - close to the Council,
whose headquarters is - in Paris,
told the JTA that Reiman' and
the executive council - intend to
pay visits- to other member coun-
tries in the near futtire. Among
these possible visits is one, to
Bucharest.=Romania is one of-,the
