MRS. MORRIS GOODMAN

Nancy Sue Garlock became the
bride of Morris Harold Goodman
in an afternoon wedding at the
Sheraton-Cadillac Hotel, with Dr.
Richard Hertz officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph Garlock of Mid-
way Rd., Southfield. The bride-
groom is the son of Mrs. Alexander
Goodman of Baltimore and the late
Mr. Goodman.
After a honeymoon in London,
the couple will live in Ann Arbor.
Judith Garlotk was her sister's
maid of honor. Bridesmaids were
Ellen Fischman, Susan Jacobstein,
Mary Ellen Colten and Susan
Rupert.
Joseph Cohen, brother of the
bridegroom, was best man. David
Garlock, brother of the bride; Rob-
ert Jossen, Ronnie Seff and Richard
Weinberg served as ushers.
The bride wore a princess-line
gown of embroidered voile ruffled
bishop sleeves and a ruffle around
the neck. There was an em-
broidered panel down the front of
the gown and around the border

Grandparents of the bride par-
ticipating in the wedding were Mr.
and Mrs. Isear Sandelman and
Mrs. Benjamin Garlock.

to Focus on Dope and
the Jewish Mother'

Because of the number of Jew-
ish children who have died this
year from drug abuse, the problem
is being given ton priority as a
topic for the opening luncheon
meeting of Shaarey Zedek Sister-
hood, according to Mrs. Murray
Shekter, sisterhood president.
"Dope and the Jewish Mother"
is the title of the program set for
noon Monday at

presented by Dr.
Richard R. Gal-
pin, head of the
adolescent unit at
William Beau-
mont Hospital.
