Bond Fashion Festival, Luncheon
to Premiere All-Israel Style Show
The 1971 Israel Bond Fashion
Festival and luncheon will be held
noon Aug. 26 at Cong. Shaarey
Zedek, it was announced by Mrs.
Nathan L. Fink, the Israel Fash-
ion Show chairman.
The festival is the highlight of
the year for the Israel Bond
women's division. This will be the
Midwest premiere of the 17th an-
nual all-Israel fashion show.
Mrs. Fink headed the Israel
Emergency Year Luncheon last
October, which honored Israel
Bond Women of Valor and resulted
in $90,000 in Israel Bond sales.
She is active in musical and cul-
tural circles and in other facets
of the general and Jewish com-
munity.
Mrs. Louis Berry will be pre-
sented with the Woman of Valor
pin, the highest award of the Is-
rael Bond Chen volunteers.

on why they want to study in
Israel.

fered the scholarship as a memo-
rial to the late Samuel J. Borow-
sky of New York, a noted ZOA
leader and American Hebrew edu-
cator.
