Dedicate Aid Center Room
A room dedicated to the memory of Bernard Chase, Philip Kut-
nick and Alex Levine was sponsored by their families and the David
Horodoker Women's Organization at Ashdod First Aid Medical Cen-
ter. Mrs. Morris Starkman, officer of the Michigan Region, American
Red Mogen Dovid for Israel, who presented an award to the organ-
ization, said "This magnificent contribution coming from your small
organization is an outstanding achievement. Once again you demon-
strated a compassionate concern for the health and security of our
embattled brothers in Israel . . . in this crucial and most trying
period of Israel's history. It will assist Magen David Adorn, Israel's
official Red Cross Agency, in its vital life saving and humanitarian

Ingber-Ellias 11 Pedaling Ohioan to Address

bride of Paul Michael Ingber in a
ceremony Sunday evening at Cong.

ceremony uniting the couple, chil-
dren of Mr. and Mrs. Harold
Ellias of Addison Ave., Southfield,
and Mr. and Mrs. Abe Ingber of
Vinewood Ave., Ann Arbor.
Following a Florida honeymoon,
the couple will be living in Troy.
The bridal gown was fashioned
with an Empire bodice, short
sleeves and an attached train of
chapel length. A toque of match-
ing jeweled lace held the bride's
elbow-length veil of silk illusion,
and she carried a prayer book
covered with sweetheart roses
and lilies.
Matron of honor was Mrs. Jef-
frey Ingber, and maid of honor
Anne Susan Ellias, sister of the
bride. Bridesmaids were Deborall
Ellias, the bride's sister, Cookie
Berry, Marcy Gekoski, Marilyn
Gordon and Ricki Ingber, the
bridegroom's sister.
Jeffrey Ingber was his brother's
best man, and ushers were Frank
Ellias, the bride's brother, Mark
Ingber, David Perinian, Ben Feig-
enson and Michael Lubetsky.

JNF Extends Settlement
A meeting and petite luncheon
of the special gifts division, Ha-
dassah Medical Organization, will
be held noon Monday at the home
of Mrs. Irwin Green, 27816 Lake
Hills, Franklin.
Detroit Chapter President Mrs.
Sidney J. Winer announced that
Mrs. I. Mark Zeligs of Cincinnati
will be guest speaker at this kick-
off of the campaign to raise funds
for the support of the Hadassah
Medical Center in Israel. Mrs.
Charles Canvasser is chairman of
special gifts.
Mrs. Zeligs is immediate past
president of the Central States Re-
gion of Hadassah
and is currently
a member of the
national b o a rd.
She served as
president of the
Cincinnati chap-
ter of Hadassah
and cont inues
her work locally
through leader-
ship training.

Currently, she is president
of the Cincinnati Zionist Coun-
cil, as well as on the executive
committee of the Jewish Com-
munity Relations Committee, the
Jewish Center and the Jewish
Federation of Cincinnati, of
which she is women's board
chairman.
She is the recipient of the Wo-
man of Valor Award for the sale
of Israel Bonds.
Mrs. Zeligs is a graduate of Hun-
ter College in New York with a
degree in public health and preven-
tive medicine and earned a mas-
ters degree from the University of
Iowa. She is married to a physi-
cian, Dr. I. Mark Zeligs, and they
are the parents of two children.
