Women's Fashions Described by Mr. Victor

"This is going to be a do your elle Women's Wear, Birmingham.
own thing year for fashion," pre-
Mr. Victor, in a recent interview,
dicts fashion consultant Mr. Victor noted, "There will be four lengths
of Town and Country Mademois- for women's fashions this year: 39
inches, just above the knee; 40
inches, just below the knee, the
most popular; 42 inches, top of the
calf, and 44 inches, mid-calf.
I also think, continued Mr. Vic-
tor, "coats and stormcoats will be
most popular in the mid-calf
length, and pantsuits will enjoy
their greatest popularity ever."
