fish omelet).
To make four servings, gather
the following ingredients:

4 egg whites
4 egg yolks

, ..:teaspoon of salt

cup of Rokeach Gefilte Fish Liquid
extra large or 4 regular site servings
of Kokes ch Ge131te Fish, mashed
cup of matzo meal
teaspoon of finely dropped parsley
tablespoons of Itokeach Nyafat

Using a rotary blender, beat the egg
whites until stilt but not dr•.. then set
aside. Beat the egg yolks and season-
ings, adding and beating the gelilte fish
liquid. Fold in the mashed gefilte
matzo meal and chopped Parsley.
Gently, .fold the egg yolk mixture
into the egg white mixture. Heat the
Nya fat in a 0-inch skillet for two min-
utes ever medium heat. Add the egg
mixture and cook for about live min-
utes or until the bottom of the pod- is
golden brown.
Place the puff on a pan under low
broiler heat for about five minutes to
brown and cook its top. When the
gefilev fish puff is done, turn out on a
boob:0 platter. cut into four wedge
shapes and serve.

Howard S. Danzig. executive
director of Cong. Shaarey Zedek,
has been elected president of the
National Association of Synagogue
Administrators.
Danzig was named to the posi-
tion at the 23rd annual meeting of
the group at Grossinger's, New
York. The association is a con-
stituent of the United Synagogue
of America, representing 800 con-
gregations of the Conservative
movement.
Danzig, of Laurel Valley Ave.,
Southfield, has
been Shaarey Ze-
dek's executive
director for nine
y ears. He has
been vice presi-
dent of the na-
tional association
for the past four
y ears and has
served on its
board of gover-
nors for 10 years. Danzig
Along with the presidency, Dan-
zig will sit on the board of over-
seers of the Jewish Theological
Seminary and the board of direc-
tors of the National Council of the
United Synagogue of America. He
also will serve as chairman of the
joint placement committee of the

council.

Danzig is on the board of North
Detroit General Hospital; is vice
president and chairman of the
executive board of Hillel Day
School; and is co-chairman of the
synagogue and school division of
the United Jewish Appeal.

Educators Assembly
Elects Selig to Office

Sidney Selig, director of Cong.
Beth Shalom Schools, was elected
president of the Michigan Region
of the Educators Assembly, United
Synagogue of America, at its 18th
annual convention in New York.
The theme of the convention was
"Jewish Education in the '70s:
Challenge and Promise."
Selig is chairman of the Jewish
Educators Council of Metropolitan
Detroit, board member of the Mid-
rasha-Hebrew Teachers College
and the American Cancer Society.
