. nouncements must be accompanied by
the name and address of the person
making the insertion. There is a stand-
ing charge of 84.00 for an unveiling
notice. measuring an inch in depth,
and 87.50 for one two inches deep with
a black border.

Rev. James Pike
Search continues._in the Judean
desert for Rev. James Pike, former
Episcopal Bishop. who was left
wandering while his wife left for
help after their car stalled in the
Dead Sea area.
The car was located, Rev. Pike's
wallet and the map he used were
found and it is hoped that he is
waiting for rescue in a cave. His
wife went to seek assistance. when
their car stalled. Unless Rev. Pike
is in a cave it is doubtful whether
he could survive the more than
100 degree heat of the desert.
Rev. and Mrs. Pike were in
Israel gathering data for a book on
the Dead Sea Scrolls. Rev. Pike
was a strong Zionist advocate in
the years preceeding Israel's re-
birth .

died Thursday morning, three days
after he received a new lung at the

many years. had been dying of
emphysema. and the lung trans-
plant was his only hope of sur-

Rebecca Feldman; Store Co-owner

Rebecca Schreiber Feldman, a
major contributor to the theater
and recreation room at the Jewish
Home for Aged and a member of
several communal organizations,
died last Friday at age 81.
Mrs. Feldman, 17524 Third, was
former co-owner and women's
clothing buyer for the Colonial
Department Store and sold the
business in 1947. She was a mem-
ber of Cong. Shaarey Zedek, Ha-
dassah, National Council of Jewish
Women and Women's Guild of
Sinai Hospital. She was a native
of New York City.
Survivors are three daughters,
Mrs. George (Elsie) Bremen, Mrs.
Jean Rubin and Mrs. Harold (Max-

Myron Greenberg, 44

Myron Greenberg, director of
research in the automotive ma-
chine division of Detroit Broach
and Machine Co., drowned Aug. 25
while on a fishing trip in Canada.
Mr. Greenberg, 44, of 2375 Cir-
cle, Union Lake, leaves his wife,
Phyllis; two sons, Thomas and
Robert; a daughter, Sally; his par-
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Green-
berg; and a brother, Sheldon.
