State University, died Thursday
at age 70.
Mr. Rose, founder and president

organization, paid special tribute
to the late General Dwight David
Eisenhower and eulogized his rec-
ord as President and supreme
commander of the Allied Forces.

lem Shrine. He was serving on

the WSU board for an eight-year
term, until 1972.
