`Troilus and Cressida' Coming

William Shakespeare's rarely
produced play, "Troilus and
Cressida," opened a five-week
run at Oakland University's Mea-
dow Brook Theater Thursday.
According to Artistic Director John
Fernald: 'Troilus and Cres-
sida' has had few professional
productions in this country be-
cause of the difficulty in staging
it and I look forward to the chal-
lenge. This play reflects Shakes-
peare's view of 'a war of futility

without honor' and its effect on
ordinary human beings. It's a uni-
que play and in a futuristic pro-
duc t ion it is extraordinarily
topical."

THERE'S NOTHING LAVISH
about Julie's on W. Eight Mile Rd.
just east of Lahser . . .only very
good food . . . Folks say they
haven't gone in because it looked
too small . . . We can understand
if they couldn't find Julie's, but
the other statement is utterly
ridiculous . . . If it's wonderful
food you want (pizza, bar-b-que
ribs, veal parmigiana or spaghetti)
Julie's is the place to go ... If it's
strictly atmosphere you want, we
know plenty of these kinds of
places, but the food leaves much
to be desired .. . Julie's is clean
and the food is very good.
SAY! WE'VE GOT A big fat
gripe . . . Why do employes in a
restaurant sweep while you're still
eating? . . . Especially when the
boss knows it's going on and does
nothing about it ! . . . It hap-
pened to us recently and we can
still see the dirt and dust swirling
about!

Keep the imagination sane—that
is one of the truest conditions of
communion with heaven.
—Nathaniel Hawthorne
