BRUSSELS — The Belgian gov-
ernment will grant a yearly sub-
sidy to the Centrale d'Oeuvres
Socialest Juives, the organization
that raises funds to support Jewish
social services in Belgium, it was
announced here Monday night.
The announcement was made by
Mrs. de Themaecker, minister of
housing and family affairs, who
spoke at a dinner marking the
close of the Centrale's current fund
raising campaign. Raymond Abra-
hams, campaign chairman, announ-
ced that this year's quota, the
equivalent of $150,000, has been
raised.
