We use the Jewish word
"mychel" because we don't
know how to say "extremely

Which is exactly what you get

Jewish Officers Offer
to Serve on Holiday

Veterans Call for Action to Quash SS-Type
Right-Wing Guard in Western Germany

WASHINGTON—Legal measures
to suppress a new right-wing ex-
tremist "guard society'—reminis-
cent of the Nazi SS "stormtroop-
ers" were urged on the Federal
Republic of West Germany by Na-
tional Commander Samuel Samuels
of the Jewish War Veterans of the
U.S.A.
Samuels said that "veterans of
World War II, Jewish and non-
Jewish. find it incomphrehensible
that Bonn has thus far done noth-
ing to dissolve the new ► 'SGM,' a
group of bully-boys mustered into
a parliamentary force by Adolph
von Thadden's Nazi-like 'National
Democratic Party.' "
The JWV leader said that the
new "private army' is led by

former SS men "experienced In
silencing political opponents." He
said "it is important to recall
that the SS had its start under
the same excuse advanced by-the
SGM that it would function only
to monitor meetings in public
halls."
Called the Guard Society Against
Opinion Terror, the new force is
called in German, Schutzgemeins-
chaft Gegen Meinungsterror.
"The West German government,
through its police and courts, is
equipped to deal with such threats
without the formation of a new
body of stormtroopers," said Sam-
uels.
