groundbreaking ceremony for the Harry Mondry Cultural Center to
be constructed by Histradrut in Kiryat Gat in Israel. Harry Mondry,
who passed away in 1966, was an ardent labor Zionist and an out-
standing supporter of the Histadrut campaign. The construction cost
of the Harry Mondry Cultural Center will be $100,000, a substantial
part of which was contributed by Mrs. Adele Mondry and her children,
Mr. and Mrs. David Mondry and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Mondry. The
building will consist of an hexagon.I.shaped auditorium and addi-
tional facilities to further the social and cultural activities of the
community's population.
