mayor, is presently a councilman
and is former associate municipal
judge. Member of the Oakland
County Planning Commission, he
played an important part in the
building of Southfield's civic cen-
ter, library and recreation service.

a program for development of a
cultural c en t e r on the civic
center site, with emphasis on
developing a symphony shell and
expansion of library and recrea-
tional facilities.

coordination between the South-
field School Board and the city of
