Why have over
4000 Detroiters
opened American
Savings accounts
already in 1966
?
Because their savings
account, regardless of size,
earns the new, high rate
of 41/4% per year.
Because that 41/4% cannot
and will not revert to a
lower percentage.
Because earnings are paid
on their savings ... and
compounded...four
times a year.
Because over a full year
41 A% compounded results
in 4.32%.
And because they can add
to their account by the
10th of any and every
month and begin earning
41/4% as of the 1st.
