and the existing low-vacancy rate,

of apartment buildings in excess
of $6,000,000 in recent months.
Increased in v e s t or interest,
Rich reported, has lead to a firm-
ing of prices in most areas, and
sellers in many cases are getting

Both city and suburban pro-
perty has felt the demand, and
newer properties are bringing
particularly favorable prices
The firm has recently had to in-
crease its sales staff to accommo-
date the new interest.
