We are proud and
delighted to congratulate Max Fisher on his eleCtion as General Chairman of the United,
Jewish Appeal' s 1965 natinal carnpaign. He has devoted a great part of his life to civic and
charitable activities and is currently President of the United Foundation an official of the
Jewish Welfare Federation and a member of the Board of Directors for the Detroit Sytm•
phony. Orchestra, Detroit Museum of Arts Founders Society, Cranbrook School and Sinai
Hospital of Detroit. Few men, in our estimation, so richly deserve the honor of heading one
of the great humanitarian organizations.
