the dual purpose of entertaining
and stimulating the reading habit,
as it is based on children's books
from the Jewish Center library,
including "Legends of King David"
by S. Skulsky and "Stories of
King David" by Lillian Freehof,
among others. The show will be
performed three times on Nov. 8, at
1:45, 3 and 4:15 p.m.; also 2 p.m.
Nov. 11. Children also will be pro-
vided with story-telling sessions
in their own children's room on
Monday through Friday of both
weeks at 2, 3, and 4.
The education committee of the
Detroit Chapter of Hadassah will
present an all-day program as one
of the participants of the Book
Fair at the Center, Tuesday, Nov.
10 under the direction of Mrs.
Carl S. Schiller. The public is in-
vited. Dr. Freund will be the guest
