to Have Memorial to Jews

TEL AVIV (JTA)—The World
Union of Jews. of Volhyn, a prov-
ince in Russia where the Jewish
communities were wiped out dur-
ing the Nazi occupation of the
Second World War, announced
plans for the construction of
memorial building here to honor
the Jewish martyrs of the Volhyn
district. The structure will be
known as "V o 1 h y n Memorial
House."
