York. Dr. Lasker recently observed
his 20th anniversary as -a member
of the National Council staff of
the Boy Scouts of America with

Moscow, a 26-year-veteran neWs-
paperman, covered every national
political convention of both parties
from 1932 to 1952 for the New
York Times. For seven years, he
headed the Times' Albany bureau,
sacond only to the Washington bu-
reau in manpower and news pro-
ducing. A war correspondent in
the Pacific, he returned to the New
York staff as a specialist in politics
and governmental affairs. Moscow
authored "Politics in the Empire
State," has written for the na-
tion's top magazines and spoken
on radio and television.
Entering governmental affairs,
he held, among other posts, the
job of executive assistant to the
mayor, and he is now editor in
chief of the New York Law Jour-
nal.
