park was opened in the Presi-
dent Forest which is located
about 30 kilometers from
Jerusalem along the highway
to Tel Aviv.
This park is the first of eight
such parks being set up for the

general public by the Keren
Kayemeth. Most of these parks
will be in the Northern part
of Israel.
In the President forest roads
have been paved, paths and
signs arranged for the con-
venience of hikers. Water was
