Aid of Youth Aliyah

LONDON, (JTA)—The Youth
Aliyah movement will bring
into Israel this year 5,000 chil-
dren and youth as compared
with 4,000 in the year ending
last March 31, Moshe Kol, world
head of the organization, re-
ported.
He gave the figures in an-
nouncing that a World Confer-
ence of Youth Aliyah, which
will mark the 30th anniversary
of the movement, will open in
Jerusalem on Nov. 5, with an
expected attendance of more
than 300 delegates from all
parts of the world.
Kol said that international or-
ganizations in the field of child
welfare will be represented at
the conference for the first time.
