Mrs. MORRIS L. SCHAVER (center) presented a plaque on
behalf of the National Israel Bond Women's Division to the
Pioneer Women of America at the biennial convention in
Detroit. Accepting the plaque were Mrs. Clara Leff, who
retired as national Pioneer Women president, (left), and Mrs.
Dvorah Rothbard, national director of Pioneer Women's com-
mittee for Israel Bonds. Mrs. Schaver was installed as chair-
man of the Detroit Israel Bond Women's Division at a lunch-
eon on Aug. 29 at the Town and Country Club.
