ample of what can be done under
a free government, composed of
citizens who believe in freedom,
in themselves and their destiny.
Israel engineers, doctors, archi-
tects and technicians are assist-
ing many nations in Africa to
raise their standards of living
and realize the potential of the
land on which they live. It is
hoped that Israel's neighbors will
take notice of the progress and
the enlightenment of this new
nation which has built upon its
age-old past, and turn their at-
tentions inward toward the well-
being of their own citizens rather
than the fruitless, self-defeating
aim of destruction and war."
