Shomayim to capacity, looked on as Rabbi Isaac Stollman (left)
presented a citation "for many years of dedicated service" to
Rabbi Leizer Levin (center), chairman of the Yeshivah's
Board of Education, at a dinner tendered to him by the
Synagogue Council of Yeshivath Beth Yehudah. At right is
Nathan P. Rossen, dinner chairman. Morris Dorn, Synagogue
Council chairman, opened the program. Guest speaker was
Rabbi Simon Schwab of New York, introduced by Rabbi S. P.
Wohlgelernter, Yeshivah vice president. Another speaker was
Rabbi Avrohom C. Levin, dean of the Telshe Yeshivah in
Chicago and son of the guest of honor. Rabbi Stollman, who
extolled the virtues of Rabbi Levin, is chairman of the Council
of Orthodox Rabbis of Detroit.
