Brandwine Will Head Toast to Israel

Morris J. Brandwine has been
named chairman of the- Congre-
gation Bnai David presidential
toast to Israel dinner to be held
at 6:30 p.m., Aug. 23, at Bnai
David, Southfield and 91/2 Mile
Rd. The toastmaster will be
William Weinstein. Julius Roten-
berg is the honorary chairman of
the dinner, which is being held
on behalf of Israel Bonds and is
in advance of the annual High
Holy Day Appeal
