Oakton Resort Gets
$100,000 Face-Lifting

Oakton Resort Hotel has a new
look this season.
Sam Sugarman, vice-president
and general manager, has appro-
priated $100,000 for refurnishing
of rooms, remodeling of facilities
and ground improvements. The
work is set to be completed by
early August.
Sugarman has installed two
new suites named after two
prominent show business person-
alities who recently were guests
at Oakton Resort. The Red Skel-
ton suite and the George Jessel
suite are completed and ready
for occupancy. The main building
has been remodeled and the
lobby will be refurnished.
The improvement will con-
tinue immediately after the sum-
mer season. Oakton Resort has
also enlarged harbor facilities
and has several boats available
for guests to rates
