Schools Attend 2 'Exodus' Showings

More than 2,500 children
from the United H e b r e w
Schools attended special show-
ings of "Exodus," at the Mer-
cury Theater, Monday and
Tuesday mornings.
Albert Elazar, superintendent
of the schools, reported that
there was such a great demand

for tickets when the first plan-
' ned showing was announced for
Monday m o r n i n g, that the
theater agreed to arrange for
another showing, at low rates
for the children.
During both showings, Her-
man Fishman addressed the
children - about the Allied Jew -
ish Campaign and urged them
to contribute t h r o u g h their
special campaign school fund,
and to enlighten their parents
