CHICKEN CACCIATORE & NOODLES
2 three-pound chickens,
cut up
8 ounces noodles, boiled
and drained
Vz cup olive oil
1 /2 cup Mar Pary
2 cups finely chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, mashed
V2 teaspoon basil
1 cup canned tomatoes
'/4 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
.
Saute' chicken in combined alive oil and Mar Pary for 10
minutes or until golden brown. Add onion, green pepper, garlic,
basil, salt and black pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. Add
tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20
minutes, stirring occasionally. Add wine and simmer for 10
minutes. Put noodles into warm casserole or serving dish. Serve
chicken and sauce over the noodles. Serve 6.

morning, at Temple Israel.

Thebride, dauo-hter of Mr.
and Mrs. Irving Winstock, of
Birwood Ave., chose a ballerina-
length gown of white embroi6-
ered, silk organza, with a bodice
moulded into a full-length bell
sleeve. The crown of orange
blossoms and seed pearls held
in place a two-tiered veil of fin-
gertip length, and she carried
her Bible adorned with orchids
and stephanotis.
Olivia Ray Murav was maid
of honor, while Marlene Cohn
was bridesmaid, and her sister,
Judith Ann Winstock,twas jun-
ior bridesmaid.
The bridegroom, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Avery Cohn, of Fair-
field Ave., was attended by Ger-
ald Cohn as best man and Har-
old Schwartz and Jeffrey Win-
stock as ushers.
Following a honeymoon, the
newlywed couple will take up
.reside.ng, in their new home in
Livonia.
