Mrs. Max Chomsky, a past
president, will induct Mes-

man of the board; Max Schafer
and Milton Mellin, vice-presi-
dents; Meyer Kowal, treasurer;
and Martin Bader, Louis Free-
man, Bernard Liebow and
Philip Kopman, secretaries.
Luncheon hostesses will be
Mesdames Jay Irving Grant and
Theodore H. Grant, assisted by
Mesdames Robert Brasch and
ticket chairman, Mrs. Leonard
Silber.
Future events of the organ-
ization include a tour of Haw-
thorne Center in Northville,
on June 16 and dedication of
the Sheruth Playfield at Camp
Tamarack on Aug. 12.

at Joint Meeting

The first Community Work-
shop Contractor - of - the - Year

joint annual meeting of Jewish
Vocational Service and Com-
munity Workshop, June 15, at
the Henrose Hotel.
The award is to be given to
the business firm which has
been most helpful in assigning
work contracts to handicapped
and aging people in Com-
munity Workshop's "sheltered
workshop."
The annual Employer-of-the-
Year award of Jewish Voca-
tional Service will also be pre-
sented at the meeting.

Community Workshop are

M. Welling, respectively. Al-
bert Cohen is executive direc-
tor of both agencies.
