and parents' day, a Saturday

130 institutions of learning in
Israel. this week urged support
of the organization.
In its traditional Shavuot ap-
peal. the local committee re-
minded synagogues and organ-
izations in the area of the heal-
ing and life-saving work accom-
plished by Mifal Hatorah, which
was founded by the late Rabbi
Meir Bar-Ilan ( Berlin).
