CREAMED AS l'ARAGUS
Cut one bundle asparagus
into one-inch slices. and cook
in salted water, allowing the
water to boil off until none is
left. Add one-fourth cup sweet
cream, one-fourth teaspoon salt
and a pinch of pepper, and
simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Serve on buttered toast.

LIMA BEANS & MUSHROOMS
Place two cups boiled lima
beans into a greased caserole,
and add two cups sliced fresh
mushrooms, one tables poon
melted butter, one-half cup
sweet cream or milk, one tea-
spoon salt and two pinches pep-
per. Cover and cook for ten
minutes.

Classes in boating, co-spon-
sored by the Jewish Community
Center and the Great Lakes
Yacht Club, (GLYC) will be
offered at the Center, 18100
Meyers Road, starting at 8 p.m.,
Tuesday.
The series of six indoor ses-
sions will be open to anyone
over 14 years of age. The
course is open to non-members.
Instructors will be sailors of
the Yacht Club, who will use
an eight-foot "captain's gig" to
demonstrate various sailing
techniques.
