Service Honors Women
The closing monthly late Sab-
bath eve service of Adas Shalom
will be held at 8:30 p.m. today.
The entire service will be dedi-
cated to the Sisterhood. Mrs.
Milton Weis s, organizational
vice - president of Pioneer
Women Council, and past-presi-
dent of Brandeis Chapter of
Pioneer Women, will speak on
"Jewish Loyalties for Our Day."
Rabbi Jacob E. Segal will offi-
ciate. Mrs. Charles Charlip, Sis-
terhood president, will offer
greetings: and responsive read-
ings will be led by Sisterhood
past-presidents, Mesdames Nor-
man Allan and Joseph M. Mar-
kel. Cantor Nicholas Fenakel
will chant the service, assisted
by the Synagogue Choir.
Following the service, an
oneg shabbat and social hour
will be held in the social hall,
with the Sisterhood as hostess.
