Michigan Youth Commission which was requested by Governor
G. Mennen Williams to coordinate state planning.
Mr. Louis Lightstone left this week for a several weeks' visit
in Israel. He is delivering a special message to the Mayor of Tel
Aviv from Detroit's Mayor Louis G. Miriani.
