in Toronto, Canada

MISS HELEN LIPOWITZ
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Lipowitz,
of Elm Ridge Dr., Toronto, Ont.,
announce the engagement of
their daughter, Helen, to Ralph
Simkovitz, son of Mr. and Mrs.
David Simkovitz, of Kipling
Ave., Oak Park, Mich.
The bride-elect formerly at-
tended Toronto Teachers Col-
lege. Mr. Simkovitz is a student
at the University of Detroit
school of dentistry, and is af-
filiated with Alpha Omega
fraternity
The couple will wed on June
29, in Toronto.

Shaarey Zedek Sisterhood nas
elected Mrs. Joseph H. Deutch
to serve as Sisterhood president.
Elected with her were Mes-
dames Julius Meskin, Davis
Benson and Irving Rogovein,
vice-presidents.

tive board are Mesdames George

Safran, Abe Satovsky, Felix
