Beth Abraham Services miss Naidus to Wed
This Weekend to Honor Harvey N. faslove
Samuels-Nusbaum Rites

A weekend of festivities, be-
ginning today, is being planned
by Beth Abraham Synagogue in
celebration of the marriage Sun-
day of Irving Nusbaum and Bar-
bara. Samuels.
Irving is the son of Mr. Abe
Nusbaum, president of Beth
Abraham, and Mrs. Nusbaum.
His future wife's parents are
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Samuels.
Sabbath services, starting at
T p.m., today; and at -8:45 a.m.,
Saturday, will be chanted by
Cantor Shabtai Ackerman, of
Beth Abraham, and Leibele
Waldman, noted - New York can-
tor.
They will be assisted by the
synagogue choir, directed by Is-
rael Fox, and a guest choir, un-
der the direction of Harry Sie-
gel.
Rabbi Joseph Thumin and
Rabbi Israel I. Halpern, who
will officiate at the sabbath
services, have invited Rabbi
Mordecai Kirshblum, former na-
tional president of Mizrachi and
nova chairman of the Jewish
Agency's Torah and Education
Department, to preach the ser-
mon at Saturday's service.
Rabbi Kirshblum and Cantor
Waldman both - are personal
friends of the Nusbaum family.
The services of Worship are
open to the public.
