of Mrs. Hyman Dresner, 4184
W. Outer Dr.
Mrs.' Dresner is chairman, of
the organization's annual donor
luncheon, to be held at 12 noon,
Dec. 4, at Rainbow Terra c e.
Plans for this event will be
finalized on Tuesday.
Assisting Mrs. Dresner in
planning the donor program are
Mesdames Birdie Zaff, Joseph
Zuckerman, S. Bienenfeld Haut
and Ida Goldblatt.
Proceeds from the luncheon
go to aid orphans in Israel. For
tickets, call Mrs. Zuckerman,

MRS.. BASIL B. NEMER
Before an altar bedecked with
arrangements of white mums
and red roses Brenda Katherine
Bloomberg exchanged nuptial
vows with Basil Bernard Ne-
mer. Dr. Leon Fram officiated
at the recent ceremony in Tem-
ple Israel. •
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Myron
Bloomberg, of 19585 Roslyn.
Mr. Nemer is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Morris Nemer, of Rob-
son Ave.
The new Mrs. Nemer was
married in a gown of pearl-
white pure silk peau de sole,
with slim fitted bodice and
topped by a wide boat-neckline
outlined by re-embroidered,
hand-corded Alencon lace.
The tiny waistline ballooned
into a full skirt which ended
in a modified chapel train. Her
veil of silk illusion was held
by a coronet of seed pearls, and
was of fingertip length. She
carried a small cascading ar-
rangement of phaelanopsis, cen-
tered with garnet roses and cas-
cading tendrils of ivy.
Diane Carol and Margo Mad-
eline, sisters of the bride, serv-
ed as maid of honor and junior
bridesmaid. The flower girl was
Ellen Nemer, niece of the bride-
groom. The bride also was at-
tended by Myrna Glicker, Sheila
Moore, Alice Pollack, of Wew
York, Claire Padover, Barbara
Schwartz and Miriam Vinocur.
Milfred Nemer was his bro-
ther's best man, while ushers
included She Davidson,
Richard Edgar, Stuart Glasier,
Michael Glicker, Gerald Laker,
Alvin Russman, Paul Richman,
Arnold Shifman and Tam
Schlesinger.
The couple and their parents
received the guests, following
the service, at the Sheraton-
Cadillac Hotel. The young
couple will reside in Champaign,
Ill., where Mr. Nemer is doing
graduate- work at the Univer-
sity of Illinois.

smith, Sedrah of ethe week; Mrs.
Barney Golden, current events;
Mrs. Sol Slomovitz, closing
prayer; Mesdames Charles Hel-
man, Sol Kling, Irving Klein-
stein, Morris Rowin and Slomo-
vitz, quartette.
