LOS ANGELES, (JTA) — A
couple who met each other here
recently and, according to their
own testimony, fell in love "al-
most immediately," applied for
a marriage license here and got
more publicity than is ordinarily
accorded such events.
The reasons for the public in-
t e r e s t was understandable
though, beccause the prospective
bride, Caroline Levy, is 85 years
old and her g r o o m, David
Cohen, is 88.
Both are residents of the Jew-
ish Home for the Aged here,
where they met. Miss Levy en-_
tered the Home last October,
while Mr. Cohen came there
three months ago.
