The marriage of Evelyn Leah
Kahn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Israel Kahn, of Monterey Ave.,
and Lawrence L. Peisner, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Peis-
ner, former Detroiters now of
Orlando, Fla., was solemnized
Dec. 28, at Rainbow Terrace.
Rabbi Jacob E. Segal officiated.
The bride's gown was high-
lighted by a sweetheart neck-
line, tight-fitting bodice and
long sleeves of lace and net.
The bouffant skirt was a com-
bination of the lace, net and
tulle.
The bride's sister, Clara Kahn,
was maid of honor, and Bar-
bara Samuels was * bridesmaid.
Flower girls were Susan Drews
and Judy Bornstein.
Fred Peisner was his brother's
best man, and ushers included
Dr. David Bornstein, Dale Sil-
verberg and Julie Rosenthal.
Following dinner and a - re-
ception, the couple left for a
honeymoon in New York.
Out-of-town guests were the
Edward Peisners and Jerome
Bornsteins, of Orlando; Marvin
Plisner, of Chicago; and Dr. and
Mrs. Richard Schubot, of To-

ceremony Jan. 14, at Zack's
Catering, Mary Cushner, daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Cushner, of Linwood Ave., ex-
changed marital vows with
Joseph Feibush.
The bride wore a gown of
white lace which extended to
ballerina-length. Her veil was
of illusion and fell to her fin-
gertips. She carried white or-
chids atop a Bible.
Minnie Cushner, the bride's
sister, was her maid of honor,
and Max Cushner, her brother,
was best man. Bridesmaids in-
cluded Lee Linsley and Shirley
Freed.
Following a reception, the
young couple left for a wedding
trip to New York. On their re-
turn, they will reside on Lin-
wood Ave.

tended the ceremony were Mr.
