Tales Out of School
By
16—DETROIT JEWISH
MRS.' DENNIS J. BRENNER
In a ceremony Dec. 19, at
Lachar's C at e r i n g, Sharon
Eskow exchanged marital vows
with Dennis Joel Brenner. The
bride is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Saul Eskow, of Sturtevant
Ave. The bridegroom's parents
are Mr. and Mrs. Herman Bren-
ner, of N. Martindale Ave.
For her wedding, the bride
wore a gown of white, chantilly
lace, with long sleeves. It was
styled with a portrait neckline,
appliqued with seed pearls, and
had a fitted waistline. The skirt
was detailed in the Spanish
custom, with lace down the cen-
ter and tulle beneath the lace,
forming a fishtail train.
Her tiny crown was of the
matching lace, and from it fell
a veil of silk illusion. Tiny pearls
on the crown matched her gown,
and she carried two white or-
chids, lilies of the valley and
streamers of white satin on a
prayer book.
Attending the bride were Mrs.
Philip Stein as matron of honor
and Patricia Rosenberg, Mrs.
Fred Sherman and Inez Cohen,
bridesmaids. Laurie Geliebter
and Carol Schwartz were the
flower girls. Also in the proces-
sion was the bride's grand-
mother, Mrs. Noime Geliebter.
Philip Stein was the bride-
groom's best man, while Sheldon
Eskow, the bride's brother, was
junior usher. Other attendants
were Arnold Susman, Fred Sher-
man and Simon Gold. Ronald
Schwartz and Buddy Seyburn
were the ring bearers.
Following dinner and a recep-
tion, the couple left for a wed-
ding trip to Chicago, Ill. On
