Accord on Jordan Waters

NEW YORK, (JTA) — There
is a possibility of settling the

Eisenhower's personal envoy, de-
clared here this week upon his
return from a trip to the Near

on American and other plans
for the development program.
Mr. Johnston, who is scheduled
to deliver his report to the Pres-
ident, refused to discuss his
