A new, specialized kind of
morale service program for hos-
pitalized veterans, which will
emphasize individual and small
group activities to be conducted
entirely by male volunteers, has
been launched by the Armed
Services Division of the Nation-
al Jewish Welfare Board.
Set up by the Armed Services
Division in response to the
wishes of Special Services offi-
cials in Veterans Administration
Hospitals, the projected service"
will be in the hands of new vet-
erans hospital committees which
are being formed for the first
time in communities over the
country.
